摘　　要：政府和高校对辅导员队伍建设高度重视,如何解决其队伍建设面临着的诸多挑战和问题,弥补专职辅导员数量的相对不足,提高辅导员队伍战斗力,旨在探寻新时代基于“互联网+”的高校辅导员职业成长和保障的新机制。The government and colleges attach great importance to the construction of counselors.How to solve the challenges and problems faced by its team building is still a big challenge.This paper puts forward the need to make up for the relative shortage of the number of full-time counselors,improve the working ability of counselors.In the present article,we set out to discuss a few mechanisms by which the issues mentioned above could be addressed in the context of"Internet+"based on our own experiences.
