摘 要:在医教协同背景下提升中医骨伤科临床实践教学质量,对于培养合格医学人才及保障医疗工作质量均非常重要。但是医疗环境、教师能力和学生自身多方面因素仍然影响着中医骨伤科临床实践教学质量的提升。通过分析中医骨伤科学“教师评学”评价体系的意义、构建中医骨伤科学“教师评学”评价体系原则、“教师评学”评价体系在中医骨伤科教学中运用的建议等多方面进行论述,探讨“教师评学”评价体系促进中医骨伤科临床实践教学质量提升,培养合格医学人才的作用。It is very important to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching of Orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of medical and teaching cooperation for training qualified medical talents and ensuring the quality of medical work.However,medical environment,teachers'ability and students'own reasons still affect the improvement of clinical practice teaching quality of Orthopedics.This paper discusses the significance of the evaluation system of"teachers'evaluation of learning"in TCM Orthopedics,the principles of this evaluation system,and the suggestions on the application of this evaluation system in TCM Orthopedics teaching,and probes into how this evaluation system can promote the quality of clinical practice teaching in TCM Orthopedics and cultivate qualified medical talents.
