摘 要:于2018年冬季在浙江西门岛红树林湿地设置5个站位采集沉积物样品,对该湿地小型底栖动物类群的组成、丰度,及其优势类群的优势属、摄食类型等方面进行研究。结果表明:共鉴定出5个小型底栖动物类群,分别为自由生活海洋线虫、桡足类、多毛类、寡毛类、有孔虫,以及一些未鉴定类群,其中海洋线虫为最优势类群,占小型底栖动物丰度的98.47%。小型底栖动物的丰度介于(47.331±5.923)^(88.363±4.177)ind/cm 2之间,总平均丰度为(64.371±16.243)ind/cm 2,各站位间的丰度存在显著差异(P<0.01)。5个站位鉴定出的海洋线虫隶属于43属18科,海洋线虫的优势属(优势度≥5%)依次为折咽线虫属(Ptycholaimellus)、萨巴线虫属(Sabatieria)、吞咽线虫属(Daptonema)、拟囊咽线虫属(Parasphaerolaimus)、近瘤线虫属(Adoncholaimus)和显齿线虫属(Viscosia),优势度依次为35.16%、15.00%、8.77%、7.71%、5.66%和5.33%。海洋线虫4种摄食类型丰度百分比由高到低的顺序是2A(46.07%)>1B(27.30%)>2B(25.82%)>1A(0.82%),以2A型为主导。To study the composition and abundance of meiofauna,feeding types,dominant genera and community structure of the marine nematode,the sediment was collected from the Ximen Island mangrove wetland in Zhejiang Province in the winter of 2018.The result showed that five meiofauna groups were observed inhabiting the investigated area,including free-living marine Nematode,Copepoda,Polychaeta,Oligochaeta,Foraminifera and unidentified groups.Marine nematode was the most dominant group and accounting from 97.22%to 99.53%of the total abundance.The abundance of meiofaunal ranged from(47.331±5.923)to(88.363±4.177)ind/cm 2,with an average of(64.371±16.243)ind/cm 2.There was a significant difference among stations(P<0.01).In total,43 genera and 18 families of marine nematodes were identified from these five sampling sites.Marine nematode dominant genera with dominances≥5%were Ptycholaimellus,Sabatieria,Daptonema,Parasphaerolaimus,Adoncholaimus,and Viscosia,accounting for 35.16%,15.00%,8.77%,7.71%,5.66%,and 5.33%of the community respectively.Abundance percentage of feeding types of marine nematode were 2A(46.07%)>1B(27.30%)>2B(25.82%)>1A(0.82%),among which 2A was the dominant.
