摘　　要：对2018年8月21日至12月13日浙江省温州市某地的一起毒鼠强中毒事件过程进行调查,对毒鼠强中毒患者的临床诊治过程进行分析。中毒事件因人为毒鼠强投毒致6人中毒,间断发病,确诊延迟,昏迷伴抽搐为其重症表现;连续性肾脏替代治疗对治疗重症疗效好,6人均痊愈。提示不明原因的昏迷伴抽搐要考虑中毒可能,毒鼠强虽禁用,仍需高度警惕,避免延误诊治发生。From August 21 to December 13,2018,a tetramine poisoning incident in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province was investigated,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tetramine poisoning was analyzed.There were 6 cases of poisoning caused by artificial tetramine poisoning.The diagnosis was delayed,coma and convulsions were severe manifestations continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)was effective in the treatment of severe cases,and all 6 cases were cured.The possibility of poisoning should be considered for unexplained coma and/or convulsions.Although tetramine is banned,it still needs to be highly vigilant and avoids the recurrence of delayed diagnosis and treatment.
