摘 要:凝胶电解质因兼具液体电解质和固体电解质的优势而备受关注,然而有限的离子电导率和比电容制约了其实际应用。在制备PVA-Li2SO4聚合物凝胶电解质基础上,添加LiI作为其氧化还原剂和增塑剂,以提高凝胶电解质的离子电导率和比电容。同时,采用活性炭作为电极组装成双电层超级电容器。实验结果表明:通过引入氧化还原剂LiI,该聚合物凝胶电解质离子电导率最高可达3.08×10-2S/cm,相比PVA-Li2SO4聚合物凝胶电解质提高了约55.55%,所制备的超级电容器除具有良好的循环稳定性和机械性能外,在扫描速率为100 mV/s时,比电容高达214.46 F/g,相比PVA-Li2SO4聚合物凝胶电解质超级电容器,比电容提高约2倍。因此,引入氧化还原剂是提高凝胶电解质离子电导率和比电容的一种有效途径。With the advantages of liquid and solid electrolytes,gel electrolytes have attracted much attention.However,limited ionic conductivity and specific capacitance of the gel electrolytes limit their practical applications.Based on the preparation of the PVA-Li2SO4 polymer gel electrolyte,LiI was added as its redox agent and plasticizer to improve the ionic conductivity and specific capacitance of the gel electrolyte.Meanwhile,a double-electrode-layer supercapacitor was assembled with the activated carbon as the electrode.The experimental results show that by introducing the redox agent LiI,the ionic conductivity of the polymer gel electrolyte can be up to 3.08×10-2 S/cm,which is about 55.55%higher than that of the PVA-Li2SO4 polymer gel electrolyte.In addition to good cycle stability and mechanical properties,the prepared supercapacitor has a specific capacitance as high as 214.46 F/g at a scanning rate of 100 mV/s.The specific capacitance is improved about 2 times compared with that of the PVA-Li2SO4 polymer gel electrolyte supercapacitor.Therefore,the introduction of the redox agent is an effective way to improve the ionic conductivity and specific capacitance of the gel electrolytes.
