摘　　要：分析了板形缺陷的分类和形成原因,从中厚板卷厂实际热轧生产线角度出发,就加热、轧制、冷却及矫直等工序叙述了各种板形控制措施的原理、特性和局限性,并对今后的改善发展提出了建议。This paper analyzes the types and causes of shape defects.From the viewpoint of actual hot rolling production line of Medium Plate/Coil Mill,the principles,characteristics and limitations of various shape control methods are summarized in terms of heating,rolling,cooling and levelling processes.Suggestions are also made for future improvement and development.
