摘　　要："文化自信"是中国特色社会主义"四个自信"的重要内容之一,文化建设是我国职业院校内涵建设的难点和重点.以社会主义核心价值观为引领的"三融"文化是我国职业院校在职业教育新时代的特色文化,由校园文化、行业文化、传统文化三者融合而成."三融"文化对我国职业教育发展和技能型人才培养具有价值引领、文化整合、人格塑造、素质培养四大功能."三融"文化是具有中国特色的职业教育文化,具有时代性、创新性、融合性、职业性等特点."Cultural self-confidence"is one of the important contents of"four self-confidence"of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and cultural construction is the difficulty and key point of connotation construction of vocational colleges in China.The"three integration"culture guided by socialist core values is the characteristic culture of vocational colleges in the new era of vocational education in China,which is composed of campus culture,industry culture and traditional culture.The"three integration"culture has four functions for the development of vocational education and the cultivation of skilled talents,which are value leading,cultural integration,personality shaping and quality cultivation.The"three integration"culture is vocational education culture with Chinese characteristics,which has the characteristics of epochal character,innovation,integration and professionalism.
