摘　　要：基于PLGA的纳米给药载体因其独特的理化性质在体内外研究中得到了广泛引用,为肿瘤治疗带来了新的思路。全文就PLGA纳米给药系统的制备、表面修饰及基于PLGA纳米载体在宫颈癌治疗中的应用作一综述。PLGA-based nano-drug carriers have been widely used in vitro and in vivo studies because of their unique physicochemical properties,and brought new ideas for cancer treatment.This article reviews the preparation,surface modification and application of PLGA-based nanocarrier in the treatment of cervical cancer.
