中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及对ER、Bcl-2蛋白变化的研究

摘　　要：目的分析中医活血化瘀法对子宫肌瘤患者的疗效及患者体内雌激素受体(ER)、Bcl-2蛋白的变化。方法选取医院于2016年2月—2018年8月收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行分析,分为两组。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组采用中医活血化瘀法治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组患者瘤体大小(85.38±31.35)mm^3、子宫体积(153.39±78.31)mm^3小于对照组,经期(5.64±1.92)d短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前性激素、Bax、Bcl-2蛋白、ER、孕激素受体(PR)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、Bcl-2蛋白、ER、PR水平低于对照组,Bax水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组共发生不良反应2例,发生率为4.00%(2/50),对照组共发生不良反应4例,发生率为8.00%(4/50),两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医活血化瘀法治疗子宫肌瘤,能够有效减小子宫体积及瘤体体积,缩短月经期,且不增加不良反应。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on uterine fibroids and the changes of estrogen receptor(ER)and Bcl-2 protein in patients.Methods Totally 100 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected for analysis,and were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with mifepristone and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed after treatment.Results The tumor size[(85.38±31.35)mm^3]in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group[(153.39±78.31)mm^3],and the menstrual period[(5.64±1.92)d]was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of pretreatment levels of progesterone receptor(PR),Bax,Bcl-2 and ER between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of progesterone(P),Bcl-2,ER and PR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of Bax was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions occurred in 2 cases in the observation group,with an incidence of 4.00%(2/50).There were 4 cases with adverse reactions in the control group,with an incidence of 8.00%(4/50).There were no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively reduce the uterine volume and tumor volume,shorten the menstrual period,and do not increase adverse reactions.
