摘 要:大学教学创新要求观照以智能创造为标识的新社会生产对劳动者素质的新要求。在智造社会,创造性适应力将成为个体获得生存发展权的关键能力,而这需要以卓越的学习能力为基础,因而基于学习能力的创造性适应力就成为大学教学改革的核心价值导向。为此,大学教学改革应改变过度依赖外部资源的取向,重视内向型改革导向,即把教学创新的落脚点置于课堂教学的改革上,构建"基于学生自主合作研究的课堂教学模式"。在新模式下,课堂教学经历了意义与流程的再造,学生的学习能力和创造力得以充分训练,从而具备了适应智造社会的关键条件。重构课堂教学,培养学生基于学习能力的创造性适应力,是一流本科教学建设中课堂教学改革的方向。The innovation of university teaching requires considering the new requirements of the new social production marked by intelligent creation on the quality of workers.In the society of intelligent manufacturing,creative adaptability will become the key ability for individuals to survive and develop,which needs to be based on excellent learning ability.Thus,creative adaptability based on learning ability has become the core value orientation of university teaching reform.Therefore,the university teaching should turn from the export-oriented reform to the domestic-oriented reform,and put the foothold of teaching innovation on the reform of classroom teaching,and construct a classroom-teaching mode based on students’autonomous cooperative research.In this new model,classroom teaching has experienced the reconstruction and reconstitution of meaning and process,and the students’ability to learn and creativity are fully trained,thus achieving the potential for adapting to the society of intelligent manufacturing.Reconstructing classroom teaching and cultivating students’creative adaptability based on learning ability are the direction of classroom teaching reform in the first-class undergraduate teaching construction.
