摘  要:对钢板模拟焊后性能的摸索可以为钢板焊接过程提供可靠的数据,指导焊接工艺的制定,减少焊接对钢板母材基体和焊缝处的影响,以保证产品在使用过程中的性能和寿命。不同的轧制工艺对提高钢板模拟焊后的性能及钢板的力学性能十分关键。因此,文中对比分析了精轧开轧温度和精轧累计变形量对中厚板力学性能、微观组织的影响,并在此基础上讨论了钢板模拟焊后性能的改善成因。通过降低精轧开轧温度和提高精轧累计变形量,可以细化组织、减轻钢板心部偏析和带状组织,提高钢板强韧性。The exploration of simulated post-weld performance of steel plates can provide reliable data for the welding process of steel plate,guide the formulation of welding process,thus reduce the impact of welding on base metal and weld,which can eventually guarantee the performance and service life of products.Choice of simulated post-weld rolling process is critical in improving the simulated post-weld performance and mechanical properties of steel plates.Therefore,in this essay,the comparative analysis on the effect of initial rolling temperature and accumulated deformation of finish rolling on the mechanical properties and microstructure of steel plates was conducted.On this basis,ways to improve simulated post-weld performance of steel plates were discussed.By reducing initial rolling temperature and increasing accumulated deformation,the microstructure of steal plates could be refined,the segregation and banded structure in the core of steel plates could be reduced,and finally the strength and toughness of steel plates could be enhanced.
