摘　　要：当前,油脂添加技术日益成熟,制成品的色泽、口感和能量水平已成为终端用户挑选饲料产品的重要依据。喷油螺旋输送机作为传统油脂添加技术中重要的在线添加、混合设备,对喷油饲料产品质量有重要影响。从工程实践出发,针对喷油螺旋输送机在油脂添加应用中的2种典型故障,提出了工程解决方案。At present,the fat-adding technology is becoming more and more mature,and the color,taste and energy level of finished products have become an important basis for end users to select feed products.As an important on-line adding and mixing equipment in traditional fat-adding technology,oil-spraying screw conveyer has an important impact on the quality of finished feed products.Based on the engineering practice,the engineering solutions are proposed for two typical faults of oil-spraying screw conveyer in the application of fat-adding.
