摘  要:采用超声辅助提取烟叶多糖并进行乙酰化修饰,分别就不同反应时间、酸酐多糖质量比和反应温度条件对多糖乙酰化取代度的影响进行检测分析,并采用响应面法优化多糖乙酰化修饰的工艺条件,结果表明,制备乙酰化烟叶多糖的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间3.1 h,m(酸酐)︰m(多糖)=43︰1,反应温度50℃,乙酰化烟叶多糖中乙酰基取代度为0.425。Acetylated tobacco polysaccharide was obtained as a product of the tobacco polysaccharide and butanedioic anhydride.The effects of three single factors(reaction time,the ratio of polysaccharide to acetic anhydride and the reaction temperature)on the degree of substitution of acetylated polysaccharide were investigated,and the optimum conditions for the modification of polysaccharide were determined by response surface methodology(RSM).The results showed that the optimal conditions for the preparation of acetylated polysaccharide from tobacco leaves were as follows:reaction time 3.1 h,ratio of acetic anhydride to polysaccharide(mg/mg)43/1 and reaction temperature 50℃.Under these conditions,the substitution degree of acetylated tobacco polysaccharide was 0.425.
