Carisolv(伢典)微创技术对乳牙龋齿的治疗及预后评估

摘　　要：目的探讨Carisolv(伢典)微创技术对乳牙龋齿的治疗及预后评估。方法纳入我院100例2016年2月至2017年12月乳牙龋齿患者,随机分成两组,参照组采取创伤性修复技术治疗,试验组则采取Carisolv(伢典)微创技术治疗。比较两组患者在治疗之后,疼痛症状消退的时间、可恢复正常咀嚼的时间,并比较治疗的效果,对比治疗前后患者牙齿疼痛程度、咀嚼舒适的程度,并对于两组治疗之后各自出现露髓、继发牙髓炎的比例进行比较。结果试验组疗效高于参照组,P<0.05。参照组显效13例,有效26例,无效11例,总有效率为78.00%;试验组显效38例,有效12例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%。治疗后试验组牙齿疼痛程度低于对照组,咀嚼舒适的程度高于对照组,试验组治疗之后各自出现露髓、继发牙髓炎的比例低于对照组,P<0.05。结论Carisolv(伢典)微创技术治疗乳牙龋齿的效果理想,可有效减轻牙齿疼痛,提高咀嚼的舒适程度,减少并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate Carisolv minimally invasive technique in the treatment and prognosis of primary caries.Methods We enrolled 100 patients with deciduous tooth caries from February 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital,and were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with traumatic repair technology,and the experimental group was treated with Carisolv minimally invasive technology.After the treatment,the two groups of patients were compared with the time when the pain symptoms subsided,and the time to resume normal chewing,and the effect of the treatment was compared.The degree of tooth pain and the degree of chewing comfort of the patients before and after the treatment were compared.Compare the proportion of secondary pulpitis.Results The efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.In the reference group,13 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective,and 11 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 78.00%;in the test group,38 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 0 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100.00%.After treatment,the test group’s tooth pain was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of chewing comfort was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the proportion of the test group with exposed pulp and secondary pulpitis was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Carisolv minimally invasive technology has an ideal effect on the treatment of deciduous dental caries,which can effectively reduce tooth pain,improve the comfort of chewing,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
