后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺良性肿瘤的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨应用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺良性肿瘤的临床疗效,为后续的临床应用奠定基础。方法分析病例选择于2017年12月至2018年12月时间段在我院就诊的100例肾上腺肿瘤患者,以治疗方式不同为依据分成两组,研究组(n=50)采用后腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组(n=50)采用传统开放式手术治疗,比较分析两组的手术各指标、临床改善率、ICU转送率、并发症情况。结果研究组各项时间指标(手术、住院、排气、拔管)、术中出血量、术后引流量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状改善率、ICU转送率、并发症发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术相比,采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺良性肿瘤其创伤小,安全性高,恢复快。Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign adrenal tumors,and lay the foundation for subsequent clinical application.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,100 cases of adrenal tumor patients who were treated in our hospital were analyzed and divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.The research group(n=50)was treated with posterior laparoscopic surgery.The control group(n=50)was treated with traditional open surgery,and the surgical indicators,clinical improvement rate,ICU transfer rate,and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The time indexes(surgery,hospitalization,exhaust,extubation),intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative drainage volume of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the symptom improvement rate,ICU transfer rate,and concurrency of the two groups There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of syndrome(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy,the use of posterior laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of benign tumors of the adrenal gland is less invasive,safer,and quicker to recover..
