摘 要:首次采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)和气质联用法(GC-MS)对紫菀(Aster tataricus L.f.)生品及其蜜炙品的挥发性成分进行提取和分析。结果表明,从紫菀生品中检测出85个峰,鉴定出70种成分,占挥发性成分的92.66%;从蜜炙品中检测出75个峰,鉴定出63种成分,占挥发性成分的90.54%,且二者的共有挥发性成分有36种。紫菀生品和蜜炙品挥发性成分总离子流较为相似,但其组成和含量有所不同,试验也为紫菀资源的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。For the first time,using HS-SPME and GC-MS to extract and analyze the volatile constituents in Aster tataricus L.f.and its honey-roasted products.The results show that 85 peaks were detected from Asteris radix et rhizoma,70 components were identified,accounting for 92.66%of volatile components;75 peaks were detected from its honey-roasted products,63 components were identi⁃fied,accounting for 90.54%of volatile components.And there were 36 common components.The total ion flow diagram of their volatile components are somewhat similar,but their composition and content are different.At the same time,this experiment provides scientif⁃ic basis for further development and utilization of Aster tataricus L.f.resources.
