摘　　要：作为校内生产性实训基地主要形式之一的“校中企”,是提高高职院校专业人才培养质量、强化学生技能训练的重要实践场所。当前多数院校对“校中企”的绩效评价较多从管理者的视角考虑,缺乏从参与者、使用者、合作者(即指导教师、学生、合作企业等)的角度深入思考和评价。论文以校企共建、运营已达3年之久的三个“校中企”(丝路咖啡吧、金桥财税一体化实训中心、大港旅行社)为研究对象,从其利益相关者的视角入手,运用三棱镜方法,构建“校中企”的绩效评价指标体系并开展实证分析,希望能为高职院校的“校中企”进行更全面、科学的绩效评价提供决策参考。At present,the performance evaluation of“school enterprise”is mostly from the perspective of managers,lacking in-depth thinking and evaluation from the perspective of participants,users,collaborators(i.e.,instructors,students,cooperative enterprises,etc.).Taking the three“school enterprises”(B&R coffee bar,Jinqiao finance and tax integration training center,Dagang travel agency)as a study,which have been operated by the school and enterprises for three years,starting from the perspective of its main stakeholders,and using the stakeholder value oriented prism method,the paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of“school enterprises”and carries out empirical analysis,hoping to provide reference for more comprehensive and scientific performance evaluation..
