摘　　要：抗逆力是指人们从精神危机、心理创伤、生活压力、社会风险中摆脱的能力,也指积极、乐观、独立、进取、忍耐等心理品质。在改革开放环境中成长起来的新生代农民工渴望融入城市生活,但在传统的城乡二元分割的社会体制下,他们只能是徘徊于城市和农村之间的边缘人。于是,许多新生代农民工出现心理失衡、精神焦虑、抗逆力缺失等问题。为此,应该培养新生代农民工的抗逆力,使新生代农民工能够更好地融入城市生活。Resilience refers to the ability of people to get rid of mental crisis,psychological trauma,life pressure,and social risks,and also refers to psychological qualities such as positive,optimistic,independent,aggressive,and patient.The new generation of migrant workers who grew up in the reform and opening-up environment are eager to integrate into urban life,but under the traditional urban-rural dualistic social system,they can only be marginal people wandering between urban and rural areas.As a result,many newgeneration migrant workers have problems such as psychological imbalance,mental anxiety,and lack of resilience.To this end,the resistance of the new generation of migrant workers should be cultivated so that the new generation of migrant workers can better integrate into urban life.
