摘　　要：模拟法庭实践教学是一种注重培养学生运用法律能力的教学方法,具有实践性、参与性、综合性等特点。模拟法庭实践教学的目标是多方面的,包括培养学生的程序操作能力、案件分析能力、分析及运用证据的能力、法律文书写作能力、庭审语言表达能力及应变能力等。模拟法庭实践教学一般包括实务技能教学、分配角色及分组讨论、庭前准备、开庭审理、总结评价等多个环节。The practice teaching of moot court is a teaching method that focuses on cultivating students’ability to use law.It has the characteristics of practicality,participation,and comprehensiveness.The objectives of moot court practice teaching are various,including the training of students’ability of procedure operation,case analysis,evidence analysis and application,legal document writing,court language expression and adaptability.The practice teaching of moot court generally includes the teaching of practical skills,the allocation of roles and group discussions,preparation before the court,trials in the court,and summary evaluation.
