摘　　要：为有效避免电动轮自卸卡车制动装置发生火灾事故,研发了自卸卡车制动装置防火监测系统。针对导致制动系统发生火灾的原因进行分析,提出了电动轮机械故障预警、4 G远程监控系统等解决方案。此系统能对制动盘温度、制动装置空间内CO气体浓度进行实时监测,在制动盘出现异常高温时发出报警,提示驾驶员及维修人员早期处理与维修,可有效避免电动轮制动装置发生火灾事故。In order to avoid the fire accident of the braking device of the electric wheel dump truck effectively,we develop fire-proof monitoring system for the braking device of the dump truck.Based on the analysis of the causes leading to the fire of the braking system,the article puts forward the solutions such as the electric turbine machinery fault early warning and 4G remote monitoring system.This system can monitor the temperature of the brake disc and the concentration of CO gas in the space of the brake device in real time,and give an alarm when the brake disc appears abnormally high temperature,and prompt the driver and the maintenance personnel to deal with and maintain it early,which can avoid fire accident of electric wheel brake device.
