摘  要:以Na_2CO_3为碱组分,BHS-01A为表面活性剂组分,HPAM为聚合物组分,采用瓶试法分析乳状液稳定性,通过实验配制三元组分和模拟油混合而形成乳状液,研究碱和表面活性剂用量对乳状液稳定性的影响。结果表明:随表面活性剂质量分数和碱量的增加,原油乳状液稳定性先增加后降低。表面活性剂质量分数和碱量在0.20%~0.30%时,乳状液析水率最低,稳定性最好;过量碱加入使乳状液稳定性变差,体系中表面活性剂质量分数越高,乳状液稳定性开始变差的碱量越低。当碱量达到0.7%以上时,部分O/W型原油乳状液发生转相是乳状液析水率上升的重要原因;碱和表面活性剂协同作用下,碱对乳状液稳定性的贡献高于单独碱存在时对乳状液稳定性的贡献,且表面活性剂质量分数越高,碱和表面活性剂的协同作用效果越好。In order to investigate the influence of alkali and surfactant concentration on emulsion stability by using the bottle test method,based on sodium carbonate as the alkali component,BHS-01A as the surfactant component,and HPAM as the polymer component.The influence of alkali and surfactant on the stability of the emulsion generated between ternary components and a model oil was investigated.The study shows that with the increase of surfactant and alkali concentration,the stability of crude oil emulsion first increases and then decreases.When the concentration range of surfactant and alkali is 0.20%~0.30%,the emulsion has the lowest water separation rate and the best stability;excessive addition of alkali makes the stability of the emulsion worse.The higher the mass fraction of surfactant in the system,the lower the amount of alkali in which the stability of the emulsion begins to deteriorate.When the mass fraction of alkali reaches 0.7%or more,the oil-in-water emulsion phase inversion is an important reason for the increase of the emulsion's water separation rate;the contribution of alkali to the emulsion stability under the synergistic effect of alkali and surfactant is higher than the contribution of alkali alone to the stability of the emulsion,and the higher the mass fraction of surfactant,the better the synergistic effect of alkali and surfactant.
