摘  要:随着农产品消费市场的扩大,农产品生鲜度已成为社会各界关注的热点。文中针对农产品供应链管理者投入的成本来控制农产品数量和质量的双重损耗,从保鲜努力视角出发,构建了涵盖6个一级指标、20个二级指标的农产品供应链保鲜努力水平指标体系,运用C-OWA算子对各指标进行权重赋值,然后利用灰色系统理论对各指标进行评价,创建了基于C-OWA和灰色聚类的农产品供应链保鲜努力水平评价模型,最后,通过实证分析得出了客观评价,论证了其模型的可行性。With the expansion of the consumption market of agricultural products,the freshness of agricultural products has become the focus of the community.Based on agricultural products supply chain managers to control the cost of the double loss of quantity and quality of agricultural products,from the perspective of fresh-keeping efforts,an index system of fresh-keeping efforts of agricultural products supply chain covering 6 first-class indexes and 20 second-class indexes is constructed,Using the c-owa operator to assign weights to each index,and then using the grey system theory to evaluate each index,an evaluation model of the fresh-keeping effort level of the agricultural product supply chain based on c-owa and grey clustering is established.finally,through empirical analysis it is concluded that the objective evaluation,demonstrates the feasibility of the model.
