摘　　要：在供应链视角下对大型建筑企业采购管理进行创新,以实现采购总成本最低的目标。通过分析建筑企业在采购管理方面的现状及问题,提出基于供应链管理的建筑企业采购管理创新举措。在材料管理分类的基础上,实施有针对性的采购策略,包括战略采购、二级集中采购和项目直接采购,并全面实施供应商管理,供应链金融等举措。Innovate the procurement management of large construction enterprises from the perspective of the supply chain to achieve the goal of the lowest total procurement cost.By analyzing the status quo and problems of construction enterprises in procurement management,the paper proposes the construction enterprise procurement management innovation based on supply chain management to make mistakes.On the basis of material management classification,implement targeted procurement strategies,including strategic procurement,secondary centralized procurement and direct project procurement,and fully implement supplier management,supply chain finance and other initiatives.
