摘　　要：疫情背景下,无接触式取件需求提高了快递柜的使用频率,快递柜收费的合理性也逐渐受大家的关注,文中针对目前快递柜逾期收费规则不合理的情况,综合考虑了消费者的反馈信息、管理者干预、行业限制等因素,研究了基于ELM算法的新型逾期计费模型,以此提高逾期费用反映快递柜被占用成本的准确性和提升消费者的满意度水平,并用MATLAB软件进行了随机情境下的仿真模拟,仿真结果表明新型计费模型能更好地将消费者剩余价值返还给用户,验证了模型的有效性。Under the background of the outbreak,the non-contact pick-up requirements raised the use frequency of express ark,the rationality of the express ark fee also gradually by the attention,this article in view of the present express ark overdue fee rules is not reasonable,considering the feedback of consumers,managers intervention,industry limited factors,such as new overdue billing model based on ELM algorithm are studied,in order to raise the cost of late fees reflect express ark occupied the accuracy and enhance the level of consumer satisfaction and using MATLAB software for the simulation of random situation,The simulation results show that the new billing model can better return the consumer surplus value to the user and verify the validity of the model.
