摘　　要：管理信息系统评价贯穿从招标立项、结项验收、实施管理及升级维护的整个酒店信息化建设进程。文中基于酒店管理者和顾客这一信息系统用户视角,运用AHP法对酒店管理信息系统的系统性能、业务完成质量和系统效益三大指标进行测算进而构建评价模型。在此基础上,通过评判者打分对酒店招标案例进行实证分析论证模型可行性,以期为相关管理者的采购决策提供理论依据。The evaluation of hotel management information system runs through the whole process of hotel information construction,from bidding project approval,implementation management,final acceptance to upgrading and maintenance.Based on the perspective of information system users of hotel managers and customers,this paper uses AHP method to measure the three major indicators of hotel management information system performance,system completion business quality and system efficiency,and then constructs an evaluation model.On this basis,the paper analyzes the feasibility of the model through the evaluation of the hotel bidding cases,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the purchase decision-making of the relevant managers.
