脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗顽固性外周神经痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗顽固性外周神经痛的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月三门峡市中心医院收治的顽固性外周神经痛患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。研究组行脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗,对照组行常规治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、症状改善情况、生活质量及并发症。结果研究组治疗总有效率(88.00%,44/50)高于对照组(70.00%,35/50),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组患者症状评分低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(34.00%,17/50)低于对照组(8.00%,4/50),P<0.05。结论脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗顽固性外周神经痛,可显著改善患者症状,减少并发症发生率,有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of pulsed-radiofrequency combined with doxorubicin on refractory peripheral neuralgia.Methods One hundred patients with refractory peripheral neuralgia treated in Sanmenxia Central Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled.And they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated by pulsed-radiofrequency combined with doxorubicin,while patients in the control group received the routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,clinical improvements,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group(88.00%,44/50)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%,35/50),P<0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),however,the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group(34.00%,17/50)was lower than that in the control group(8.00%,4/50),P<0.05.Conclusions Application of pulsed-radiofrequency combined with doxorubicin is an effective and safe treament to ameliorate the clinical symptoms,and reduce the complication rate for patients with refractory peripheral neuralgia.
