摘  要:绩效工资的合理分配是高职院校工资改革中的主要问题。绩效考核为绩效工资的兑现提供客观依据,完善考核体系是解决目前高职院校绩效考核方案不合理问题的关键。通过建立考核管理体系、优化考核评价指标、合理调配考核周期、健全考核反馈机制,制定出可行易行的绩效考核新方法,有力推动高职院校绩效工资改革向前推进。Equitable distribution of performance appraisal is the fundamental problem in the reform of performance-based pay in higher vocational colleges,and it provides an objective basis for the realization of performance-based pay.A perfect assessment system is the key that can resolve the unreasonable performance assessment in higher vocational colleges.Through the establishment of assessment management system,optimization of assessment and evaluation indicators,reasonable allocation of assessment cycle,and improvement of assessment feedback mechanism,a feasible new method of performance assessment is developed,which can effectively promote the reform of performance pay in higher vocational colleges.
