摘　　要：高职院校建设学生行为文化,需要清楚当地产业发展现状,强调基于地方产业文化建设学生行为文化的必然性。通过养成教育促成良好行为习惯、校企合作感受企业行为文化、个性校园文化影响学生行为、弘扬先进典型引领行为文化等路径,实现学生行为文化的有效建设。To build student behavior culture in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to know the current status of local industry development and emphasize the necessity of building student behavior culture based on local industrial culture.Through the formation of education,it is hoped to promote good behavior habits,personality campus culture influence student behavior,promote advanced typical leading behavior culture and other paths so as to achieve effective construction of student behavior culture.
