摘　　要：德育工作是进行核心价值观教育和培育学生政治素养的重要渠道,将核心价值观渗透到青年德育工作中能够有效地满足现代教育的发展需求,培养拥有高素质、高技能的复合型人才。然而在实践工作中却面临着诸多的挑战和困难,需要从教育实践的角度出发,通过完善理论基础、优化课程体系、营造教育环境、构建评价机制等方式,提升德育工作的实效性与有效性,从而为我国德育教育工作奠定坚实的教育基础。Moral education is an important channel for carrying out core values education and cultivating students’political literacy.Infiltrating core values into youth moral education can effectively meet the development needs of modern education and train high-quality,high-skilled compound talents.However,in practice,many challenges and difficulties are faced.From the perspective of educational practice,we need to improve the effectiveness and effectiveness of moral education by improving the theoretical basis,optimizing the curriculum system,creating an educational environment,and constructing evaluation mechanisms in order to lay a solid educational foundation for China’s moral education.
