摘　　要：针对丙烷脱氢(PDH)装置连续运行过程中出现外网压降上涨问题进行技术探讨,通过数据分析,认为上涨主要是由催化剂堵塞筛网、装置设备故障跳车以及筛网固有结构等导致。根据实际运行经验提出了长周期运行的建议。The technical discussion was made on the problem of pressure drop rising in the outer screen during the continuous operation of propane dehydrogenation(PDH)unit.Through data analysis,it is believed that the rising was mainly caused by the catalyst blocking screen,and the failure of the unit equipment and the inherent structure of the screen.According to the actual operation experience,the suggestions of long cycle operation are put forward.
