摘  要:目的分析丁苯酞对大鼠感染性脑水肿(IBE)炎症和氧化应激的影响。方法 45只SD大鼠随机分为5组,各9只。对照组为健康大鼠,模型组采用脂多糖建立IBE大鼠模型,低、中、高丁苯酞组在造模后分别给予20、40、60 mg/kg丁苯酞油剂灌胃,比较各组脑组织形态学变化、脑组织含水量、伊文思蓝(EB)含量、脑组织炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、IL-1β]水平、脑组织氧化应激指标[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]水平。结果低、中、高丁苯酞组脑组织形态学较模型组不同程度改善;模型组脑组织含水量及EB含量高于对照组,低、中、高丁苯酞组脑组织含水量及EB含量低于模型组(P<0.05);模型组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8高于对照组,低、中、高丁苯酞组IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8低于模型组(P<0.05);模型组GSH-PX、SOD低于对照组,MDA高于对照组,低、中、高丁苯酞组GSH-PX、SOD高于模型组,MDA低于模型组,中丁苯酞组GSH-PX、SOD高于低丁苯酞组,MDA低于低丁苯酞组(P<0.05)。结论炎症和氧化应激均参与了感染性脑水肿的发生,丁苯酞可降低脑组织炎症因子表达,调控氧化应激系统平衡,改善脑水肿。OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of butylphthalide on inflammation and oxidative stress in rats with infectious brain edema(IBE). METHODS A total of 45 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 9 in each group. The rats of the control group were healthy. The model group was treated with lipopolysaccharide to establish the IBE rat model. The low, medium and high butylphthalide groups were respectively given 20, 40, 60 mg/kg butylphthalide oil for administration. The morphological changes of brain tissue, brain water content, Evans blue(EB) content, brain tissue inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-8, IL-1β] and brain tissue oxidative stress indicators [glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), malondialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD)] were observed and compared among the groups. RESULTS The morphological characteristics of brain tissue of the low, medium and high butylphthalide groups were improved more significantly than those of the model group. The brain tissue water content and EB content of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the brain tissue water content and EB content of the low, medium, and high butylphthalide groups were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group;the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 of the low, medium, and high butylphthalide group were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05). The GSH-PX and SOD of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the MDA of the model group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the GSH-PX and SOD were significantly higher in the low, medium and high butylphthalide groups than in the model group, while the MDA was significantly lower in the low, medium and high butylphthalide groups;the GSH-PX and SOD of the middle butylphthalide group were significantly higher than
