摘  要:本文建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)同时测定果汁、梨、橙、苹果、芥兰、白菜、紫苏、生菜、板栗、辣椒、牛肉、牛肝12种食品中阿维菌素、伊维菌素残留量的检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,应用固相萃取技术净化,由乙酸乙酯洗脱,流动相定容,选择反应监测模式(SRM)检测,正离子模式电离,外标法定量。结果显示,阿维菌素、伊维菌素残留量在1.25~30.0μg/L内,线性相关系数(r)>0.99,线性关系良好。样品在2.0、4.0、8.0μg/kg 3个添加水平的回收率为65.9%~105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.6%~9.4%,检出限为2.0μg/kg。本文建立的测定12种食品中阿维菌素、伊维菌素药物残留的UPLC-MS/MS,前处理简单方便,灵敏度高,稳定性好,科学可靠。A method for the determination of avermectin and ivermectin residues in fruit juice,pear,orange,apple,kale,cabbage,purple perilla,romaine lettuce,chestnut,hot pepper,beef and beef liver have been developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)in this paper.Samples are extracted by acetonitrile.Extraction solution are cleaned up by solid extraction column.The target compounds are eluted with ethylacetate and constant volume of mobile phase.The analysis are carried out in the positive mode and the response monitoring model(SRM)is selected to detect samples.The quantitative method is external standard method.The calibration curve in the range of 1.25~30.0μg/L and the correlation coefficient(r)is higher than 0.99.At the spiked levels of 2.0,4.0 and 8.0μg/kg,the recoveries of avermectin and ivermectin ranges from 65.9%to 105.6%and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)ranges from 2.6%to 9.4%.The limit of determinations are 2.0μg/kg.The method for the determination of avermectin and ivermectin residues in 12 different foods by UPLC-MS/MS is simple,convenient,sensitivity,stability,scientific and reliable.
