摘　　要：近年来,儿童饮水杯在婴幼儿群体中广泛使用,已成为婴幼儿护理的必需品之一,但是近年来出现了一些儿童饮水杯的召回案例,这引起了社会的广泛关注。本文收集了2011—2020年政府部门通报召回案例、美国国家电子伤害监测系统和消费者报告中关于儿童饮水杯的事故案例,通过构建典型伤害事故场景,对儿童饮水杯的安全风险进行分析,为促进政府监管部门修订相关标准和监管政策提供参考,为企业提升产品安全设计制造水平提供技术依据。In recent years,as one of the necessities for children care products,sippy cups are widely used in the group of infants and young children,but the recall of some children's sippy cups has caused social concern.This paper collectes the recall cases reported by government agencies from 2011 to 2020 and the incidents of children drinking cups from the national electronic injury monitoring system in America and in consumer reports.Based on the construction of typical injury accident scenes,this paper analyzes the safety risks of sippy cups.This paper would provide reference to promote standardization and regulatory policies for authorities,and a basis for enhancing the product safety in design and manufacturing process for enterprises.
