摘　　要：多发性抽动症的中医认识:辨证论治方面,各医家多以脏腑辨证、病症结合为主;病机方面,多数医家认为本病的病机特点为本虚标实,具体表现为肝脾肾亏虚,风火痰互结;病位方面,多发性抽动症的主要病位在肝,与心、肺、脾、肾等脏关系密切。基于以上认识,中医界开展了多发性抽动症的实验研究和临床研究,表明中医药治疗多发性抽动症具有控制抽动症状,提高患儿生活质量等作用。因此,中医中药是治疗儿童多发性抽动症的有效方法之一。The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for multiple tic syndrome is as follows:in terms of syndrome differentiation and treatment,most medical doctors mainly focus on organ differentiation and illness;in terms of pathogenesis,most medical doctors believe that the pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,specifically manifested as deficiency in liver,spleen and kidney,and wind,fire and phlegm are interlinked;in terms of disease location,the main disease location of multiple tics is in the liver,and is closely related to the heart,lung,spleen,kidney and other organs.Based on the above knowledge,experimental researches and clinical researches on multiple tics are carried out in TCM,which shows that TCM treatment for multiple tics can control the symptoms of tics and improve the quality of life of children.Therefore,Chinese medicine is one of the effective methods in treating children with multiple tics.
