摘　　要：本文主要介绍琚玮教授从小儿体质角度防治儿童多动症经验,琚玮教授倡导在临床中首辨证,次辨体质。治疗过程中主张中西结合,以西医思维明确诊断,以中医思维治病求本,中西各取所长,疗效显著。This article mainly introduces Professor Juwei's experience in the prevention and treatment of ADHD in children based on the children's constitution.Professor Ju Wei advocates that syndrome differentiation should be made first,and then constitution differentiation.During the treatment,traditional Chinese medicine should be combined with western medicine.The diagnosis clarified based on the thoughts of western medicine,and the disease is managed based on TCM thoughts.Thus,the advantages of TCM and western medicine are fully utilized and the effect is very good.
