摘  要:建立简便、快捷的石榴皮止泻散质量控制方法。用薄层鉴别法(TLC)鉴别石榴皮,用高效液相法,以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸(3∶5.4∶91.6)和(18∶5∶77)为流动相,分别测定样品中总没食子酸与鞣花酸的含量。结果发现,薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。方法学研究表明,没食子酸进样量在0.012 298~0.196 773μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),鞣花酸的进样量在0.013 02~0.208 32μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)。没食子酸的平均回收率为99.97%,RSD为0.51%;鞣花酸的平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.55%。说明该方法简便、快捷、实用,可用于石榴皮止泻散的质量检测。To establish the simple and rapid method for the quality control of Shiliupizhixiesan. Granati pericarpium was identified by TLC. The contents of gallic acid and ellagic acid in the Shiliupizhixiesan were determinated respectively using a mixture of acetonitrile,methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid(3∶5.4∶91.6)and(18∶5∶77)as the mobile phase by HPLC. The spots of TLC identification were clear. The negative sample had not interference. The methodological study showed that the good linear correlation existed in the range 0.012 298 ~0.196 773 μg of gallic acid(r =0.999 9) and 0.013 02 ~0.208 32 μg of ellagic acid(r=0.999 8),respectively. The average recovery of gallic acid and ellagic acid were 99.97% and 99.86%,RSD were 0.51%,and 0.55%,respectively. The results showed the method was simple,rapid,practical and could guarantee efficacy and safety of Shiliupizhixiesan.
