摘  要:用蒲公英、乳酸菌和蒲公英酸奶分别饲喂高脂小鼠,探讨蒲公英酸奶的降糖、降脂效果。将健康小鼠随机分为6组,对照组饲喂普通饲料,其余5组饲喂高脂饲料,且各组小鼠分别饮用清水、蒲公英汁、普通酸奶、乳酸菌水和蒲公英酸奶。饲养45 d,眼球采血,检测血糖、血脂,并通过肝脏石蜡切片观察病理变化。结果发现蒲公英酸奶组肝组织正常,无脂肪变性;血糖、总胆固醇(TC)显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。提示蒲公英酸奶相比单品能更有效降低小鼠血糖、血脂。To understand the hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering effect of dandelion yoghurt in mice. Healthy mice were divided into six groups. One group was control,which was fed with common food. The other five groups were fed with high fat diet followed by tap water,dandelion juice,ordinary yogurt,lactic acid bacteria water,and dandelion yogurt respectively. Sugar and lipid weremeasured in blood samples,which were collected from eyeballs of rats at 45 days after start of treatment. The distribution pattern of fat accumulation was observed by light microscopy. The results showed that the liver of mice fed with dandelion yoghurt showed healthy appearance and did not contain excessive lipid accumulation. The level of blood sugar and cholesterol of the group fed with high fat diet and dandelion yoghurt was significantly lower than that of the other groups fed with high fat diet without addition of dandelion yoghurt(P<0.05). Dandelion yoghurt can effectively reduce blood sugar and lipid level in mice.
