摘　　要：目的通过分析内蒙古某三甲医院医学研究生培养的现状及存在的问题,对研究生培养进行基于转化医学模式的改革与探索。方法通过机构调查、问卷调查及导师访谈的研究方法,对资料进行整理与分析。结果医院医疗技术人才的学历主要集中在本科和硕士,分别是33.99%和37.73%,而博士及以上高层次人才比较少,仅占9.52%。初级和中级职称占比为34.18%和30.28%,表明青年卫生专业技术人员居多,人才梯队配置合理。2015年—2019年该院研究生毕业论文总体质量不高且没有数量的增加。调查230名研究生的科研能力表明,34.78%的研究生有阅读文献的习惯,但数量少,且阅读中文文献居多。有86名曾经参加过临床科研方法的培训,总体参与科研活动较少,主要集中在“资料的收集、整理与分析”(78.26%)与“协助导师负责项目的研究”(57.39%)。结论医院应积极构建转化医学平台和转化医学师资队伍,从制度上进行调整与优化,从科研的长远角度出发,将转化医学理念应用在研究生教育中。Objective To analyze the curre nt situation and existing problems of medical postgraduate training in a top three hospital in Inner Mongolia,the reform and exploration of postgraduate training based on the transformational medical model.Methods The data was collated and analyzed through institutional surveys,questionnaire surveys,and interviews with instructors.Results The academic qualifications of hospital medical technology talents are mainly concentrated in undergraduates and masters(33.99%vs.37.73%).However,there are relatively few highlevel talents with PhD and above(9.52%).The majority of young health professionals and technicians(Junior title vs Intermediate title:34.18%vs.30.28%)indicate that the echelon of talents is reasonably allocated.From 2015 to 2019,the overall quality of graduate thesis of the school was not high and there was no increase in the number.A survey of the scientific research capabilities of 230 graduate students showed that 34.78%of graduate students have the habit of reading literature,but the number is small,and most of them read Chinese literature.There are 86 people who have participated in the training of clinical scientific research methods,and the overall participation in scientific research activities is relatively small,mainly focusing on"data collection,sorting and analysis"(78.26%)and"assisting tutors in project research"(57.39%).Conclusion The hospital should actively build a team of translational medicine platforms and translational medicine teachers,adjust and optimize from the system,and apply the concept of translational medicine to postgraduate education from the long-term perspective of scientific research.
