摘 要:本科医学生的实习带教是本科教学中的关键环节,是医学知识和临床实践的“双衔接”,在培养学生正确的医学观念、提高基础操作技能和基本科研能力以及帮助其明确职业定位等方面具有重要意义,应该起到承上启下的良好转呈作用。但“重理论,轻实践”的现象,在医学本科实习课上经常出现。因为在放射介入科实习课时短、任务重,涉及多学科内容,难度高、不易懂,甚至介入科经常被同学们误解是临床辅助科室,不需要重点实习。所以,在放射介入科的临床实习课更容易被同学们忽视。针对以往临床本科生在放射介入科实习教学中存在的问题,文章提出新的教学模式,把微信辅助应用到PBL+CBL联合教学法之中,希望能激发学生的探究欲望和学习兴趣,提高教学质量。The practice teaching of undergraduate medical students is the key link in undergraduate teaching,which is the"double link"of medical knowledge and clinical practice.It is of great significance in training students'correct medical concept,improving basic operation skills and basic scientific research ability,and helping them to define their professional orientation,which should play a good role in connecting the preceding and the following.However,the phenomenon of"emphasizing theory but neglecting practice"often appears in the practice teaching of medical undergraduates.Because of the short period and heavy task of practice in Interventional Radiology Department,involving multi-disciplinary content,it is difficult to understand.Even the interventional radiology department is often misunderstood as a clinical auxiliary department by students,so they think that there is no need to focus on practicing.Therefore,the clinical practice course of interventional radiology department is more easily ignored by students.In accodance with the problems existing in the practice teaching of interventional radiology for clinical undergraduates in the past,we put forward a new teaching model,that WeChat assisted PBL combined with CBL teaching method,hoping to stimulate students'desire for exploration and interest in learning and improve the teaching quality.
