循证医学在眼科临床实习带教中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的讨论循证医学在眼科临床带教中的应用效果,研究提高眼科临床带教成效的新方法。方法选择所在医院眼科在2017年2月—2019年7月期间接收的48名实习生,采用数字随机表法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各24名,对照组接受常规实习带教模式,研究组接受循证医学实习带教模式,对比两组的带教成效。结果研究组理论与操作考核成绩高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的带教满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的62.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学能够提高眼科实习带教成效,提高医学生的综合素质。Objective To discuss the application effect of evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of ophthalmology,research new methods to improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching in ophthalmology.Methods From February 2017 to July 2019,48 intern students received by our ophthalmology department were randomly divided into a control group and a research group using a digital random table method,with 24 in each group.The control group received regular practice teaching mode and the research group accepted the teaching mode of evidence-based medicine practice,and compared the effectiveness of the two groups.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the research group was 95.83%,which was higher than 62.50%of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine can improve the effectiveness of teaching in ophthalmology practice and improve the comprehensive quality of medical students.
