摘　　要：目的探讨鼻用糖皮质激素在积液性中耳炎患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象来自于2018年11月—2019年3月在我院治疗的积液性中耳炎患者,共计148例。按照随机数表法将上述患者分为两组。对照组74例口服醋酸泼尼松片,研究组74例使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前与治疗3个月后最小听力的变化,以及复发情况。结果治疗的总有效率对比中,研究组94.59%高于对照组82.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组最小听力值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组复发率5.41%低于对照组18.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻用糖皮质激素治疗积液性中耳炎疗效确切,能够进一步改善患者的听力水平,降低复发率。Objectiv To investigate the effect of nasal glucocorticoid in the treatment of otitis media with effusion.Methods From November 2018 to March 2019,the subjects were 148 patients with otitis media with effusion treated in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received prednisone acetate orally and the study group received Mometasone furoate nasal spray.The clinical efficacy,the change of minimum hearing before and after 3 months of treatment,and the recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59%higher than that of the control group 82.43%(P<0.05).After treatment,the minimum hearing value of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate in the study group was 5.41%lower than that in the control group 18.92%(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal glucocorticoid therapy for otitis media with effusion is effective,can further improve the hearing level of patients,reduce the recurrence rate.
