曲靖市幽门螺杆菌抗生素耐药情况的研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析曲靖市幽门螺杆菌(Hp)对抗生素的耐药情况。方法选取2015年4月—2016年9月来曲靖市医院行胃镜检查的患者347例,对C14阳性的患者行胃黏膜培养,对培养出196例患者HP阳性结果进行分析,分别对其进行阿莫西林、甲硝唑、左氧氟沙星、药呋喃唑酮和克拉霉素等抗生素的敏感性测试,分析不同民族、不同性别、不同疾病感染Hp后对上述抗生素的耐药情况。结果不同民族、不同性别和不同疾病Hp感染患者对各抗生素的耐药情况数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲靖市幽门螺杆菌对药呋喃唑酮的耐药率最低,对阿莫西林和左氧氟沙星的耐药率较低,对甲硝唑和克拉霉素的耐药率较高。Objective To study and analyze the resistance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)to antibiotics in Qujing city.Methods From April 2015 to September 2016,347 patients who had undergone gastroscopy in Qujing Hospital were selected.Gastric mucosa culture was performed on C14 positive patients.The HP positive results of 196 patients were analyzed.The sensitivity of these patients to amoxicillin,metronidazole,levofloxacin,furazolidone and clarithromycin was evaluated.To test and analyze the resistance of different nationalities,sexes and diseases to the above antibiotics after infection with Hp.Results There was no significant difference in the data of antibiotic resistance among patients with Hp infection of different nationalities,sexes and diseases(P>0.05).Conclusion The resistance rate of Helicobacter pylori to furazolidone was the lowest,amoxicillin and levofloxacin were the lowest,and metronidazole and clarithromycin were the highest in Qujing.
