摘　　要：目的研究罗伊适应模式在恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中的临床应用效果。方法本研究选取2019年1月—2019年6月入院的患者中60例肿瘤患者,需PICC置管进行化疗,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用PICC常规流程护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合罗伊适应模式护理,共观察2个月,对比两组患者护理满意度、适应水平评分及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果两组适应水平评分在基线上对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在研究期间的适应水平评分统计中,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SF-36评分均较前升高,观察组较对照组升高幅度大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中应用罗伊适应模式,可以在患者满意度、适应水平及生活质量方面得到提升,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。Objective To study the clinical application effect of Roy adaptation mode in PICC catheterization for cancer patients.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,60 patients with tumors who underwent PICC catheterization were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode.The observation group applied Roy adaptation mode nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The observation group was observed for two months,and the nursing effect,adaptability and quality of life(SF-36)of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group was more satisfied,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the adaptive ability score between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P<0.05).The scores were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than before,and the observation group had a larger increase than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC catheterization in patients with malignant tumors can be improved by adopting the Roy adaptation model based on routine nursing.Through comprehensive nursing evaluation and intervention,patients can be improved in patient satisfaction,adaptability and quality of life.
