摘　　要：随着当前高等教育的逐渐普及,高等教育教学逐步面向大众。在这种时代背景下,应用型高校应运而生。应用型高校的核心特点就是与当地经济紧密结合,起到促进当地经济发展的重要作用。但是,当前的应用型高校在科研队伍的建设上由于尚处在起步阶段,还存在着许多问题。文章就应用型高校科研团队建设存在的问题及对策进行了深入的研究和讨论。With the gradual popularization of current higher education,higher education teaching is gradually facing the public.In this era,application-oriented colleges and universities emerge as the times require.The core characteristic of Applicationoriented Colleges and universities is to combine closely with the local economy and play an important role in promoting the development of local economy.However,due to the fact that the current application-oriented universities are still in the initial stage in the construction of scientific research team,there are still many problems.This paper makes a deep research and Discussion on the problems and Countermeasures of the construction of scientific research team in application-oriented universities.
