摘 要:高锰钢是应用最广泛的耐磨材料之一,随着服役条件的不断恶化,传统高锰钢已经无法满足使用要求。对传统高锰钢Mn13进行Mo合金化处理获得Mn13Mo钢,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和EBSD等分析手段,对比研究Mn13Mo钢和Mn13钢在室温下的拉伸力学性能以及在相同磨损条件下的摩擦磨损行为。研究结果表明Mo能显著细化高锰钢晶粒,降低奥氏体层错能。在变形过程中Mn13Mo钢更易激活孪晶,形成更高密度的形变孪晶,展现出高强度和高的延伸率。在磨损试验中,Mn13Mo钢因其优异的加工硬化能力和塑性,形成高硬度的硬化表面和更深的应变层,展现出更佳的耐磨性能,并且在表面形成了硬化与磨损的动态平衡,磨损时间越长,其耐磨性优势更加明显。研究成果对高锰钢合金化处理有指导意义和参考价值。Hadfield steel is one of the most widely used wear-resistant materials.However,with the deterioration of service conditions,the traditional high manganese steel is unable to meet the use requirments.Mo element is added in traditional Hadfield steel.Tensile properties and wear behaviors under same test conditions of Mo alloyed Hadfield steel(Mn13 Mo steel),and traditional Hadfield steel(Mn13 steel),are studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)technology,etc.Results show that Mo significantly refine the grain size of Hadfield steel.The strength and plasticity are improved obviously,with high deformation compatibility.This is mainly due to the reduction of stacking fault energy of Hadfield steel by Mo element,which made it easier to activate deformation twins to coordinate the plastic deformation.In the wear test,Mn13 Mo steel,due to its excellent work hardening ability and plasticity,forms a hardened surface with high hardness and a deeper strain layer,showing a better wear resistance,and the surface has formed a dynamic balance between hardening and wear.With prolonging the wear time,the wear resistance of the Mn13 Mo steel prevails.The results are of guiding significance and reference value for alloying treatment of Hadfield steel.
