摘 要:由于大型磨机减速器运行过程中具有重负载和频繁冲击等特点,如何准确地诊断轴承故障是设备管理部门工作的难点和重点。利用PeakVue技术,将其与自相关技术和圆周波形图相结合,可准确判断轴承故障的严重程度,识别轴承故障部位,并推测出具体损坏形式。该方法的应用可有效发现轴承早期故障,跟踪故障发展趋势,有助于制定合理的维修计划,最终避免设备突然失效而造成的巨大经济损失。In view of the characteristics such as heavy load and frequent impact of the reducer of the large mill during operation,how to accurately diagnose the bearing fault has been the difficulty and focus of the equipment management department.Peakvue technology was applied to combine itself with autocorrelation technology and circular oscillogram,so as to accurate diagnose the severity of bearing fault,identify the bearing fault location and reckon the specific fault type.The application of the method effectively found the early bearing fault,followed the fault development tendency and was conducive to make out reasonable maintenance plan,so as to avoid huge economic loss caused by sudden equipment fault.
