生物技术医学与人文社会医学是医学的一枝两花

摘　　要：医学与其他学科渗透、交叉、融合,成为由生物技术医学与人文社会医学两个学科种群组成的属。它们各自具有明确的研究对象、研究内容和研究进路。科学技术与医学大量结合、显化,导致医学的非人格化和医患关系的物化,医学不均衡发展需要饱含医学人文精神的人文社会医学复兴。从医学本就是生物技术医学与人文社会医学的统一体的视角,分析了生物技术医学与人文社会医学之间的辩证关系,两者的元哲学是身体哲学,但是在核心精神、学科研究进路、研究内容和学科内涵等方面存在明显差异。二者是孪生弟兄,医学实践中需要同时弘扬科学精神和人文精神,将科学与人文融汇,彰显医学科学的真善美。Biomedical technology medicine,humanistic and social medicine are two subdisciplines of medicine,deriving from its penetration,overlap and integration with other disciplines.They are twin lotus flowers on one stalk,with clear research object,content and approach respectively.The combination of modern technology and medicine leads to the depersonalization of medicine and the materialization of doctor-patient relationship.The unbalanced development needs the revival of humanistic and social medicine promoting medical humanistic spirit.From the perspective of unity,the author analyzes the dialectical relationship between humanistic and social medicine and biomedical technology medicine.Their metaphilosophy is body philosophy,but there are obvious differences in core spirit,subject research approach,research content and discipline system.In medical practice,it is necessary to carry forward scientific spirit and humanistic spirit simultaneously as twins,to synthesize science and humanities in manifesting the truth,goodness and beauty of medical science.
