摘　　要：采取文献分析的方法,通过比较国内外关于军人心理素质的相关研究,探讨了作战人员核心心理素质的结构和内容并总结出6个核心心理素质:在压力下保持镇定、能够有效判断形势并做出决策、适应能力强、将团队利益置于个人利益之上、有高水平的内在动机及具备一定的人际沟通能力。对于军队进行特殊岗位人员选拔及开展实战化心理素质训练具有一定参考意义。By taking the methods of literature analysis,the paper discusses the structure and contents of the core psychological quality of warfighters by comparing the domestic and foreign related research about soldiers'psychological quality,and identifies six core psychological qualities:stay calm under pressure,can effectively judge the situation and make appropriate decision,strong ability to adapt,team interests above that of the individual,with a high level of intrinsic motivation and interpersonal communication capability.It has a certain reference significance for the army to select military personnel in special positions and carry out the practical psychological quality training.
