微创拔牙术应用于下颌低位埋伏阻生牙拔除中的效果及对术后并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微创拔牙术治疗下颌低位埋伏阻生牙的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年12月下颌低位埋伏阻生牙患者99例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组49例及观察组50例。对照组患者应用传统凿骨劈冠拔除术,观察组患者应用微创拔牙术,对比两组患者手术时间、术后疼痛情况、张口度、肿胀情况、术后相邻第二磨牙松动度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、并发症发生率、疼痛Ⅲ级、张口度Ⅲ级、肿胀Ⅲ级、邻牙松动Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级发生率低于对照组,疼痛Ⅰ级、张口度Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级、肿胀Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级、邻牙松动Ⅰ级发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙术拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生牙用时短,术后疼痛、肿胀轻,对开口度及邻牙影响小,并发症发生率低。Objective:To analyze the effect of minimally invasive extraction in patients with low impacted impacted teeth.Methods:A total of 99 patients with low-level impacted impacted teeth in our hospital were divided into 49 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional chiropractic extraction.The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive extraction.The operation time,postoperative pain,postoperative mouth opening,postoperative swelling,postoperative adjacent second molar loosening and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,complications,pain gradeⅢ,mouth-opening gradeⅢ,swelling gradeⅢ,adjacent tooth loosening gradeⅡ,gradeⅢincidence rate were lower than the control group,pain gradeⅠ,mouth-opening gradeⅠ,gradeⅡ,swelling The incidence of gradeⅠ,gradeⅡ,and adjacent teeth loosening was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive extraction of the mandibular lower impacted impacted teeth is short,postoperative pain,swelling is light,has little effect on opening degree and adjacent teeth,and low complications.
