摘　　要：该研究在对推进"健康中国"的中小学体育师资培养的现实意义进行分析后,了解影响中小学体育师资的因素,针对存在的问题构建培养中小学体育师资的思路。对培养中小学体育师资的高校体育教育专业人才培养模式需打破传统的单一模式,多元化,不断研究和探索符合社会青少年、符合中小学需求健康发展的人才培养模式。提高中小学校对体育与健康的重视,深入实施体育与健康的标准。提出中小学体育教师的培养应向健康应用型转变,提高体育教师的师资水平,转变教学理念,确保青少年在中小学阶段的健康成长。After analyzing the practical significance of promoting the development of"healthy China"in primary and middle school physical education teachers,this study understands the factors that affect primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and constructs the train of thought for the training of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in response to the existing problems.The training model for college physical education professionals for the training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools needs to break the traditional single model and diversify,and constantly research and explore the training model for talents that meets the needs of the society and the healthy development of primary and secondary schools.Raise the emphasis on sports and health in primary and secondary schools,and implement the standards of sports and health in depth.It is proposed that the cultivation of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools should be transformed into a healthy application type,to improve the level of physical education teachers,to change the teaching concept,and to ensure the healthy growth of young people in primary and secondary schools.
